Return and Exchange Policy
Except for cases where the product does not match the order or is damaged during shipping, we do not accept any return or refund requests for online purchases. To ensure your shopping satisfaction, we recommend carefully reviewing product details and confirming dimensions before purchasing. Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately. If there is any damage, please contact our customer service hotline +852 6790 2939 within three working days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
Replacement products must remain in their original packaging, intact, and free from any damage, scratches, water exposure, or other signs of deterioration. Exchanges are limited to the same model and color of the product.
If the replacement product is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restocking or exchange for a product of equal or higher value (with any price difference to be paid).
Megaman(Hong Kong) Lighting & Electrical Equipment Limited reserves the final decision on all return and exchange matters.
Additional Service Fees
Specified Time Delivery/Order Modification: $200 per instance
Remote Area Surcharge: Tung Chung, Ma Wan $150; Discovery Bay $300
Staircase Handling: $50 per floor (to be paid directly to the delivery person)
If the delivery vehicle cannot reach the building entrance, the building lacks an elevator, or the product cannot be transported via elevator, requiring manual handling, additional fees will apply. Handcart service is free for the first 50 meters, with an additional $50 for every subsequent 50 meters (to be paid directly to the delivery person).
To ensure smooth delivery, please arrange for yourself or an authorized person to be present at home on the scheduled delivery date. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order may be canceled, and an administrative fee of HK$150 will be charged.
After payment is completed, any order modifications will incur an order modification administrative fee.
