Shipping Policy

Delivery Arrangements

To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, under normal circumstances, non-pre-order item orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days after payment. Please note that we currently do not provide delivery services to the following locations: P.O. Boxes, airports, hotels, and restricted areas within the territory. Your package will primarily be delivered by SF Express, and we will select the appropriate courier service based on the size of the shipment.

Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. No delivery services are available on public holidays, and delivery dates may be postponed. The delivery person will attempt to contact you by phone prior to delivery.

When a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery services may be delayed. Our company will contact customers to reschedule the delivery date.

Redelivery

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate delivery information. If redelivery is required due to incorrect information provided by you or no one being available to receive the shipment, you must contact +852 6790 2939 to arrange it and bear an additional fee of HK$180.

Shipping Fees

Customers who spend HK$300 or more (net price) are eligible for free local delivery service.

For orders with a total purchase amount below HK$300, a delivery fee of HK$90 will be charged. You may also choose to pick up your order at an SF Station, business point, or self-service locker. Upon arrival, you will receive an SMS notification (depending on the size of the item). Please collect your order within 24 hours (SF self-service locker) or 48 hours (SF Station) after receiving the email notification, as items not collected within this period will be returned.
