Installation Service Policy


Appointment Process


To ensure a smooth installation experience, please follow these steps to schedule your service:

  1. Contact Us: After purchasing your ceiling light, fan light, or pendant light and receiving the product, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange installation (Email: cs@hk.megaman.cc).
  2.  Preferred Date: Provide your preferred installation date, and we will contact the professional service provider on your behalf.
  3. Coordination: Once the date is confirmed, your contact information will be shared with the installer for final coordination.
  4. Rescheduling: If your preferred date is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
  5. Payment: Please pay the installation fee directly to the installer on the day of service.

Service Fees


The following rates are for reference only. Final fees are subject to the quote provided by the installation service provider:

 

Basic Installation Fees

  • Standard Ceiling Lights & Fan Lights
  • First unit: HK$350
  • Subsequent units: HK$200 per unit

Additional Charges

  • Ceiling Height Surcharge
  • 10 feet or above: +HK$50 per unit
  • 14 feet or above: By quotation

Remote Area Surcharge

 

  • Discovery Bay: HK$350
  • Ma Wan: HK$100
  • Outlying Islands: HK$500
  • Mui Wo or
  • Restricted Areas: HK$150

*Please note: All fees above are for reference. Actual costs are determined by the installer’s on-site assessment.
